Monarch Motifs's Disclaimers

While we use professional-grade balloons and industry-standard techniques, outdoor conditions are naturally unpredictable. Direct sunlight and high temperatures may lead to balloons popping. To ensure the longevity of your display, we recommend placement in shaded areas. Please note darker colors absorb more heat and are more susceptible to popping than lighter colors.

For all outdoor installations, we utilize heavy weight anchor points. However, we cannot guarantee the stability of structures or garlands against significant wind gusts or heavy rain. 

Our organic garlands are not designed to withstand medium to strong winds. friction against surfaces such as brick, wood, or landscaping during a strong breeze may cause damage. Outdoor installations are intended for single-day use and are not recommended to multi-day or overnight use.

All rental rates are single day use. A $50 installation and removal fee applies to all packages. An additional $20 are added per 20 miles from Colonial Beach.

Once installation is complete and our team has left the site, Monarch Motifs by Yun is not liable for any damage caused by weather conditions or environmental shifts. We are unable to provide refunds for decor affected by these external factors post-setup.

Outdoor installations require specialized equipment, additional labor, and exposure to varying weather conditions. To account for the increased complexity and time required for a secure setup, an outdoor set up fee of $70 applies to all external events.

In accordance with the best practices, Monarch Motifs by Yun does not facilitate or participate in balloon releases. We reserve the right to refuse service for any event intended for this purpose.

Balloons pose a potential choking hazard. Adult supervision is required at all times. Please keep uninflated or broken balloons away from pets and children under the age of 9. Dispose of any debris immediately.
